Can resources not be placed in subdirectories? Windows 10 gimp 64bit

placed the prerequisite file set into

C:\Users\me\.gimp-2.8\scripts\gimpfx

instead of cluttering up

C:\Users\me\.gimp-2.8\scripts

python script did not appreciate this

Does the FX-Foundry (assuming that is the prerequisite set you are referring to)
run as you have it installed?

Thank you Photomaster!
I used this one to give some edges to an image
before running another filter on it.
Some of the convolution filters act differently
when there are black edges.

Oh, and other times I have used it
after running other filters to give the outcome
some extra 'edge'
