I just had the idea. GMIC did most of the work. :oops: I could maybe do it if I knew how to 'blend' layers.

Back layer was a picture of grass and a dandelion seed ball. Middle layer was a lady in red (You can see the red at the top of her dress ;)) and the third layer was the dandelion again without the grass. I just cut an area out of that layer to reveal the lady's face then using G'MIC I ran blend seamless on them all.
