Another small tool.
I tried to implement a tutorial by Eric R. Jeschke on Smart Sharpening.
I was almost sure that there was already an implementation around.
But I wasn't able to find it by googling.
If it exists, sorry.
If not, try this one.
It has a delicate effect, so you need good eyes to see the differences with the original, but the improvement is IMO interesting,

As said in the tutorial, it should be the last step in image modifications.
Hence you may use other filters and apply the SS on the final outcome.
