Here's a Party Balloon Brush Pipe.

There are 7 balloons to this brush and it paints incrementally.

Below is a preview image of the .gih Brush Pipe.

This is a complete brush,
with shadows and opacity adjustments already added.

Downloaded it and I like it. It can work on a white background where the brush produces no string, just light colored balloons. It works best on a colored background.

You may need to check the setting on the brush,
or the layer below.
This is what the brush looks like,
on a white background in GIMP 2.8.

Thank you so much for sharing the balloon brush with us Wallace. You do very nice work. We appreciate it.
BTW, I had a feeling that Lyle would do something like with the balloons, as he has done with many other items!!

I changed the 'Force' setting on the balloon brush when I used it on a white back ground. The strings do show up.

Nice!

:jumpclap

Sometimes you have to play around with the setting.
I always leave my brush settings at their default,
and things just seem to work better for me that way.

Most of the brushes I have are at their default but sometimes I change the settings to get them to work how I want them to.
