Create a Birthday card plugin (Requested by Jappaloe63)

The plugin will create a beautiful "Birthday card" and it will only work, if you have an image or a photo 820 x 820 px. So before you run the plugin, edit your image with GIMP and you can save it with the dimension 820 x 820 px and place it in your Desktop. Start the plugin and search for your image or photo. Run the plugin.

Hi Pocholo, That looks a nice card. I downloaded and read the 'Read me please.txt' and notice it needs layerfx.py.

I have seen layerfx.py mentioned on the forum before but never been sure which version to use and haven't got a fully working version. Can you point out which is the correct one to use as it's not in your .zip file. Thanks.

Hi Teapot! I keep thinking that by now everybody have the layerfx installed their GIMP and people like you keeps reminded me that it's not. Thank you for pointing that out. I included the layerfx now in the folder, but you can download the here too if you don't have it.

Thank you, Pocholo! Your script makes a very nice card. Very easy to use. With just a few adjustments, I believe you could use this script to make cards for most any event! (If you choose to do so!)

I just ask this for an acquaintance, she has problems with the py file ... it also works on a Mac.

She installs the .py in the preferences Gimp in the plugins folder I quit Gimp and restart but I don't see it at a menu at the top

Is that person an experience user? If not she need to open GIMP. and watch this video. The video shows Resynthesizer Plugin as an example, but that is how to place any plugins in the proper folder.
