Well, made these adjustments to the process:
- Jpr: user parameters 6,12,2
- added erode also after threshold
- added source on top, BURN at 50%

The changes in the process are those indicated in post #102, but for the horse -if you want to try- use my "preprocessed" source, here below, because the original is too light.
