very very glad you like this variant. Thanks for your comments and nice creations.
The filter has many parameters to ease the possibility for the user to get the preferred outcome for any particular image, a try for a new combination can lead sometimes to unexpected results.
Obviously also post-processing simple actions can "adjust" the outcome.

My single contribution (my laptop here is very slow, I can't afford many tests).
The pre-process step I used is to change the BG.
The main post-process step I used is the layer mode set to SCREEN 50% on the top.
