New GEGL Filter to make Action Lines. It does away with Lina Nova

GEGL can now do a effect similar to Line Nova. on Linux just put the .so files in /gegl-0.4/plug-ins on Windows you have to build until someone contribute's DLLs

ohhhh... just added a suggestion about the minimum radius value for smaller images on your reddit (I hate reddit) post.

Version for Gimp-2.10.30 Win 64 Bit attached.
Place the file in Gegl plugins in a directory: ... \lib\gegl-0.4\ (contains 37 * .dll files)

In menu: Tools➤GEGL Operation➤Action-Lines

Edit: an out-of-date attachment has been removed.

Action Lines got a quality update that replaces threshold-alpha with gegl:opacity. This makes the lines much smoother instead of having rough edges.
