Went to a therapist last week, and again tomorrow. Turns out, I do have arthritis, but not carpal tunnel. It's tendonosis they said, and long term therapy will get me back in shape. Gonna take a lot of patience on my part, but I'll put in the work.

Keeping a positive attitude is also a good thing to add to any health plan.
