New plugin based on: distress-selection.scm [Select/Distort...] & fuzzyborder.scm [Filters/Decor/Fuzzy Border...] by Chris Gutteridge & G'MIC-Qt Frame [Fuzzy] - but more possibilities...

Thank you Isabella.

Tin Tran's live preview code really offers some great possibilities that neither G'MIC-Qt nor GEGL has (e.g. using paths or any PDB routine).
Version 2.0 with added shadow option is now available.

Version 2.1 is available.
Change: Fixed a bug when an image has more than one layer. Now works for the active layer.
