I use to make them a few times each year,
but haven't made them in quite some time

They are always so yummy.

I used an Alton Brown recipe.
Alton Brown is an Atlanta-based,
Peabody and James Beard award-winning TV personality,
producer, author, and food scientist.

They do look yummy. I wonder if you can make them without gluten?

That's a good question I'm not quite sure about?

Oops!

Here's the recipe I used.
My only deviation from the recipe was the salt.
I used a large coarse grain salt instead of "pretzel salt",
Because that's what I had, which seemed to work just fine.

Looks delicious, Wallace. Hope you had some melted cheeze sauce to dip these in. :)

Yes!
Cheese is nice,
I prefer a mustard dip.
