New Gimp Splash

I created a new Gimp Splash window in AI for Halloween.

Just place it in your "splashes folder" in your Gimp user folder. Then restart Gimp.
Works in all versions, and all themes.

C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\GIMP\2.10\splashes

The desktop BG as well.
