the "view unanswered posts" and "view active topics" links are very difficult to click for me. I have to put my mouse in a very specific spot in order to be able to click on these links. Any ideas?

I just tried them and they worked fine for me.

strange. What browser are you using? I'm using Firefox 8. Maybe that's the issue.

EDIT: Just tried gimpchat in IE, and it worked fine. Are there any other Firefox 8 users that are experiencing the same issue as I am?

I am using FF 3.6.18 portable. I was having all kinds of problems with the newer versions of FF and this version was recommended and worked well ever since.

I'm using FF 7.01 and seeing the same thing - the target area seems to be a thin line running across the top of the text. The page source isn't showing any unusual HTML.

With a bit more examination, there's a DIV for the RSS feed sitting on top of those two links.

Yes it is the same for me also.
You have to click just above the text to get it to work.

Interesting... No problems the first time I click on either item... then it becomes just the thin line.

However, the links in another tab work just fine... the first time.

I think your right, I just tried Chrome in Ubuntu 11.10, and it works fine. No go in Firefox/8.0. I haven't tried Visa, Firefox/8.0 yet.

While were talking about browsers. In Firefox or Chrome type, "about:about" (without quotes) in the address bar and hit enter for interesting info.

There is an issue with the RSS system I'm currently using that's causing this problem in the last couple of versions of FF but I haven't decided if I'm fixing this RSS system, which is is server based (and caches) or if I'm going to go with a different, possibly more efficient approach that has little or no impact on the server.

As most of you know, the host I'm using has installed "cloudlinux" on the server, which at times, limits the server resources (memory and CPU) we have available for Gimp Chat. This can result in an error page appearing when one of those resources hits the max limit.

I'm not happy about this but I'm trying, with limited success, to optimize Gimp Chat before deciding on a course of action.

Please bear with me while I work though these issues.
