My jester character in an exepriemental perspective. She's fun to draw, so I keep getting back to her for experimentation. Yes, she's very short. And yes, she has a big grin.

Well, you can't really tell if she is short or not from up here! But this is one of my fav jester pics, she has such a charismatic quality in this picture. Great depth, so realistic looking, imo. I'm trying to find something wrong that I can criticise...but I fail.

while looking at this i just kept thinking "off with her head"

Thanks for the comments everyone! I'm glad the lighting, but also the expression seems to work. It's as always hard to have a good objective opinion on these things when you've worked with it for a while.
